How the form works
The form prepares an enquiry in WhatsApp or your email app. It has no backend of its own, does not send the details to a TechControl server and does not save them in your browser. You review the message and decide whether to send it in the selected app. Attach photos directly in WhatsApp or email.
Information and purpose
Your enquiry may include your name, phone number, email, location, requested service, description and any photos you choose to attach. These details are used to respond, assess the work and prepare the quote you request. They are not used to subscribe you to marketing. Only provide information needed for your enquiry.
Handling requests
When you request a quote, the processing of the necessary details relates to the steps you request before entering into a service agreement. If you book a service, the necessary details are used to manage it and meet applicable legal obligations.
Retention
Messages received through WhatsApp or email are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and, if a service is booked, manage the work and applicable legal obligations. The website does not maintain a database of enquiries.
Contact channels and hosting
The professional email account uses OVHcloud Zimbra. The website is served as static files on Netlify; the hosting service may process technical connection data to deliver files and protect the service. The website has no tracking tools and does not make automated decisions about your enquiries. WhatsApp and your email provider apply their own terms when you use their apps. External links are not embedded content.
Your rights
Where applicable, you may request access, correction, erasure, objection, restriction or portability by emailing info@techcontrolsoluciones.es or writing to the controller’s address. Describe your request and provide the information needed to identify it. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
